About the Role:
Join MB Roland Distillery Inc as a Gift Shop Employee/Bartender in the heart of Cave City, KY! This dynamic role combines an enthusiastic attitude, customer service and bartending skills to create a memorable experience for our visitors while showcasing our award-winning spirits.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in the gift shop and tasting room.
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and spirits to guests.
- Assist customers with product selections and gift purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the bar and shop areas.
- Conduct tastings and educate visitors about our distillery and products.
- Manage cash register transactions and ensure accurate sales reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Participate in special events and promotions to drive sales and engagement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or bartending preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and a positive attitude.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
