About the Role:
Join MB Roland Distillery Inc as a Gift Shop Employee/Bartender in the heart of Cave City, KY! This dynamic role combines an enthusiastic attitude, customer service and bartending skills to create a memorable experience for our visitors while showcasing our award-winning spirits.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service in the gift shop and tasting room.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and spirits to guests.
  • Assist customers with product selections and gift purchases.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the bar and shop areas.
  • Conduct tastings and educate visitors about our distillery and products.
  • Manage cash register transactions and ensure accurate sales reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Participate in special events and promotions to drive sales and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail or bartending preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
